Organizing Helpful Hints

 

Tip #1: Protect your papers in an acid-free organized system.  Prevent bent edges or creases by using vertical file folders and horizontal storage products.


Recommended Products:

  1. Vertical Paper Holder (1516PFR4) for card stock/specialty paper.
  2. Paper Storage Cube (1535B2) for everyday or lighter paper.
  3. Stacking Paper Trays (1590B6) for everyday or lighter paper.

Tip #2: Color coordinate your papers for easy access. Remember the beauty of a rainbow and use the R-O-Y-G-I-B-V system. It will make retrieving papers much easier.
